Torino - Perquisite 4 occupazioni, 3 arresti e altri ai domiciliari

In attesa di maggiori informazioni comunichiamo che, intorno alle 6 del mattino, la digos ha perquisito diverse occupazioni(Asilo, Barocchio, Mezcal, Askatasuna) e
abitazioni, traendo in arresto tre compagni, notificando alcuni arresti domiciliari (pare siano complessivamente 4) e ad altri l'obbligo di firma. L'operazione repressiva è una vendetta per i disordini conseguenti al primo sgombero de Lostile, i
provvedimenti sono stati emanati dal PM Rinaudo. E' stata indetta un'assemblea oggi pomeriggio al Mezcal per organizzare le prossime iniziative.

Alle sei di mattina la digos e la polizia in forze si presentano davanti all'Asilo Occupato: "E' per una notifica" dichiarano agli occupanti che accorrono dopo che la polizia sta tentando di buttar giù la porta di ingresso. Ed invece non è una semplice notifica, è una perquisizione con tanto di sequestro di uno degli occupanti, portato via ancora non si sa di preciso perchè, con quali imputazioni e soprattutto senza che al momento si sappia se verrà rilasciato o se sarà trattenuto.

Polizia e digos hanno sfondato diverse porte con mazze e spranghe di ferro, insultato e spintonato gli occupanti, rei di non aver voluto immediatamente aprire le porte alle forze dell'ordine.

Analoghe perquisizioni sono in corso anche al Barocchio ed al Mezcal, altre due case occupate a Grugliasco e Collegno, ed in case private.

L'ipotesi è che tutta la faccenda derivi dagli scontri che ci furono alla metà di dicembre a Torino, in seguito allo sgombero di una casa occupata, l'Ostile.

Mentre scriviamo la polizia se ne è andata dall'Asilo Occupato, mentre sono ancora in corso le perquisizioni al Barocchio ed al Mezcal.

Questa mattina, all'alba, la digos della questura di Torino ha effettuato varie perquisizioni nelle stanze delle case occupate Asilo, Barocchio e Mezcal, del centro sociale Askatasuna e in case private. I
fatti riguardano lo sgombero dello spazio occupato Lostile di corso Vercelli, avvenuto il 10 Dicembre 2009.

Le misure cautelari riguardano 16 compagni: 3 arrestati, fra loro un ragazzo dell'Asilo. 4 con l'obbligo di dimora, fra cui una ragazza ed un ragazzo abitanti presso l'Asilo Squat. 9 con l'obbligo di firma giornaliera.

Waiting for news, we communicate that,around 6am of the mourning, the digos (political police, ndt)has searched many occupations (Asilo, Barocchio, Mezcal, Askatasuna) and houses, arresting three people, notifing some house arrests (it seems they're 4 people) and to others, the requirement to sign in at the local police station. The repressive operation it's a revenge for the riots occurred on the first eviction of L'Ostile, the restricted measures are emaned by PM Rinaudo. There's a public assembly today afternoon at Mezcal Squat to organize future iniziatives.

Attestation of Asilo Squat:

At six of the mourning digos and forces of police came in front of Asilo Squat: "It's for a notification" they said to the occupant, that came after police intent to brake down the front door. In fact is not a simple notification, it's a search with arrest of one of the occupant, and we actually don't know why they arrest him, with what charges and without knowing if and when he will be released.

Police and digos have braked down many doors with hammers and metal bars, insulted and jostled the occupants, guilty of reluctance to open the door to the police.

Same searches are happening in Barocchio and Mezcal Squat, other two occupated places in Grugliasco and Collegno, and in private houses.

The hypothesis is that all the matter is about riots occurred at half december in Turin, followed the eviction of the occupated place L'Ostile.

While we write, the police is going out from Asilo, and in the meantime they're searching in Barocchio and Mezcal Squat.

This mourning, at first light, the digos of Turin police headquarters have searched the occupated houses Asilo, Barocchio and Mezcal, the social centre Askatasuna and private houses. The scene is about the eviction of the occupated space L'Ostile in Corso Vercelli, happened the 10th december 2009.

The restrictive measures beats 16 friends: 3 arrested people, one lives at Asilo. 4 with the house arrest, of whom a boy and a girl living at Asilo Squat. 9 with the requirement to sign in at the local police station daily.
