In The Most Free State of the World

Since 1945, they want us to believe that the most serene freedom has arisen in our lifetime; now that housewives have access to all the best household appliances, now that almost everyone has the right to vote, now that “freedom” of speech is guaranteed by the democratic institutions, now that we are left with the listing of false choices- between exploiting or being exploited for nothing at all, and without trying to understand why, threatened to be quashed. Our anxiety and our thirst for liberty do not falter, though that is what it’s all about when the State parrots out its ideas of freedom, democratic and industrial progress.

But here and there, the social peace is sometimes weakened, its necessity reappraised, its capacity to become fashionable evacuated in aid of the rage it provokes to who this social peace can not live down the misery of a permanent existence as the prey of the State. Pigs are attacked and hated in some neighbourhoods that civil tranquillity describes as “sensitive”, the social big brothers can not contain the rage of exploited people seeking for meaning, unemployed people do not accept their lives as a nightmare of subsistence, pupils make barricades against forces of law and order while workers threaten to blow up their fucking factories, sans-papier people rebel all over the country by setting fire to their prisons or escaping from police raids, some other people try to make the lives into hell for those who make a profit of deportation and the prison system. More and more mutineers attempt to take revenge on these who benefit from domination.

In 2005, some suburbs explode with rage and jeopardise the Order. More than a year ago, it’s Vincennes Detention Centre, the biggest prison for migrants in France that goes up in smoke, ignited by the rage of life with no life. Since several years, the sabotages and attacks increase against imprisonment collaborators (Bouygues, Eiffage, IBIS, Air France, ADECCO, the Red-Cross and other vultures who participate to the deportation machine). More recently, dozen of bank ATMs (that were responsible for sans-papiers arrests, organizing ambushes with cops to their unwanted clients: La Poste, BNP, LCL, CIC, Société Générale) were burnt, smashed, sabotaged.

Ten people are accused of the Vincennes centre arson, and have been found guilty, facing several years of prison.

On February 15th, four people, among those called by the cops “anarcho-autonomes”, are arrested by the Anti-Terrorist Section of the Criminal Brigade, and accused of having participated in a wave of solidarity against Detention Centres and their shit Brave New World. It’s still the State showing its nasty face, hoping to see us submit to the bloody pacification it imposes us, with cops, prison, torture, murders, judges, borders, guards and nice tidy smiles.

In fact, through repression, the State wishes to slow down the diffusion of permanent attacks that badly shake it. It wishes to attribute to some dreamed up social groups (like ‘ultra-gauche’ ones, the ’suburban youth’, the ‘gangs’, the ’saboteur’, and so on…) some acts, already spread though in the whole society, in order to confine them, aware that the spreading of these practices would be fatal to it.

But there’s nothing to cry over. Because in this social war with no truce, we will not turn the other cheek!
Let’s make sure the revolt uproar will beat down on this shitty world!

Nello Stato più libero del mondo

Fin dal 1945 vogliono farci credere che sulla nostra vita regni la più serena delle libertà, ora che le massaie hanno a disposizione gli elettrodomestici più avanzati, ora che quasi tutti hanno diritto al voto, ora che la “libertà” d’espressione è garantita dalle istituzioni democratiche, ora che una serie di false scelte ci viene offerta fra lo sfruttare e il farsi sfruttare per niente, senza tentare di porci domande, pena l’essere domati. Eppure la nostra ansia e la sete di libertà non si assottigliano, è a questo che si riferiscono quando ci martellano le orecchie con le loro tiritere di libertà e di progresso democratico o industriale.

Ma qui e là la pace sociale viene talvolta scossa, la sua necessità rimessa in discussione, le sue capacità di diventare tendenza liquidate a beneficio della rabbia che essa provoca in coloro cui non riesce a far dimenticare la miseria di un’esistenza vissuta perennemente da selvaggina. Gli sbirri vengono attaccati e sono odiati nei quartieri che la pace sociale definisce “sensibili”, i fratelli maggiori sociali non riescono più a contenere la rabbia degli sfruttati in cerca di significato, i disoccupati non accettano più che la propria sopravvivenza continui ad essere un inferno, i liceali erigono barricate contro le forze dell’ordine mentre gli operai minacciano di far saltare la loro fabbrica merdosa, i clandestini si rivoltano in ogni angolo del paese appiccando fuoco alla loro prigione o sottraendosi alle retate, altri provano a rendere la vita impossibile a chi trae vantaggi dalle espulsioni e dal sistema carcerario, sempre più ribelli cercano di far pagare il conto a chi vorrebbe che il dominio dell’umano sull’umano continui a passare la sua lingua rugosa sui nostri corpi e sui nostri spiriti assassinati.

Nel 2005 le periferie esplosero di rabbia e misero l’ordine in difficoltà. Più di un anno fa il centro di detenzione di Vincennes, la più grande prigione per stranieri in Francia, è andato in fumo, acceso dalla rabbia di una vita senza vita. Da molti anni si moltiplicano le pratiche di sabotaggio e gli attacchi contro i diversi collaborazionisti della reclusione (Bouygues, Eiffage, IBIS, Air France, ADECCO, Croce Rossa e altri avvoltoi che partecipano alla macchina delle espulsioni). Più di recente sono stati incendiati, sfondati, sabotati decine e decine di sportelli automatici (bancari, postali, BNP, LCL, CIC, Société Générale) — responsabili degli arresti di clandestini, avendo organizzato con gli sbirri degli agguati ai loro clienti indesiderabili.

Dieci persone sono state accusate dell’incendio di Vincennes e vengono giudicate in questo momento in un processo perso in partenza in cui rischiano parecchi anni di galera. Il 15 febbraio quattro persone, definite dai sudici sbirri “anarco-autonomi”, sono state arrestate dalla sezione anti-terrorismo della brigata criminale con l’accusa di aver partecipato a questo movimento di solidarietà attorno ai centri di reclusione e al loro migliore mondo di merda. Lo Stato mostra sempre il suo volto cattivo sperando di vederci sottomessi alla pacificazione mortifera impostaci a suon di sbirri, di prigione, di tortura, di omicidi, di giudici, di frontiere, di secondini e di simpatici sorrisi di circostanza.

Di fatto, attraverso la repressione lo Stato spera di contenere la diffusione degli attacchi permanenti che lo scuotono con fragore, per di più attribuendo a gruppi sociali inventati di sana pianta (come «l’ultra-sinistra», i «giovani delle periferie», le «bande», i «sabotatori» e via di questo passo) delle pratiche diffuse dappertutto nella società, allo scopo di confinarle, consapevole che la loro generalizzazione gli sarebbe fatale.

Ma non c’è da piangere, perché in questa guerra sociale senza tregua nemmeno noi faremo regali.
Che il tumulto della rivolta si abbatta contro questo fottuto mondo di merda!
